By accessing our website or purchasing any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of our website and services.

We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Services

Simandtra provides prepaid eSIM products enabling access to mobile data services across various countries and regions. Plans may include fixed data packages or unlimited plans subject to daily high-speed data allowances and fair usage policies. Data speeds, coverage, and throttling thresholds vary by country and network provider. Customers are solely responsible for reviewing full plan details prior to purchase. Simandtra makes no representation that any specific speed, coverage, or data allowance will be available at any given time or location.

Reseller Status

Simandtra operates exclusively as a digital reseller of prepaid eSIM products. All eSIM services, including provisioning, activation, and connectivity, are delivered through licensed third-party telecommunications providers and network infrastructure partners via API integrations.

Simandtra does not own, operate, or control any telecommunications network. Network availability, speed, coverage, and performance are determined entirely by these third-party providers. By purchasing through Simandtra, you acknowledge and accept that all services are dependent on third-party infrastructure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simandtra accepts no liability for any failure, interruption, degradation, or limitation of service arising from or attributable to third-party telecommunications networks or providers.

Account Registration

Full features require account registration. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full name, valid email address, and billing details. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for all activity conducted under your account. Simandtra reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where inaccurate or misleading information has been provided.

Service Commitments and Limitations

Simandtra will use reasonable efforts to provide access to eSIM services. However, we expressly disclaim any guarantee that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in all locations at all times. Service quality is subject to device compatibility, local network infrastructure, regulatory restrictions, and third-party provider performance, none of which are within Simandtra's control.

Prohibited Use

You agree to use Simandtra's services strictly in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension or termination of services without refund:

  • Any fraudulent, unlawful, or deceptive activity.
  • Reselling or commercially redistributing the service without Simandtra's express written authorisation.
  • Network abuse, traffic manipulation, or misuse of any kind.
  • Any activity that disrupts or degrades telecommunications networks.

Simandtra reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a violation has occurred.

Device Compatibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring your device supports eSIM technology, is network-unlocked, and is compatible with your selected plan prior to purchase. Simandtra accepts no responsibility or liability for any incompatibility between your device and the purchased eSIM. Any compatibility guidance provided on our website is for reference only and does not constitute a warranty of compatibility.

Purchase, Delivery and Activation

A) Account Registration

Account registration requires accurate and current personal and billing information. By registering, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms in full.

B) Purchase Process

Customers may purchase eSIM plans through our platform using supported payment methods including credit/debit cards, both Visa and Mastercard. All transactions are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Prices displayed are final at the time of purchase. Simandtra reserves the right to modify pricing at any time prior to order confirmation.

C) Delivery and Activation

Upon confirmed payment, the eSIM QR code and installation instructions will be delivered digitally to the registered email address and/or made available in the customer dashboard. Activation requires scanning the QR code on a compatible, network-unlocked device. Failure to activate due to device incompatibility, customer error, or carrier lock does not entitle the customer to a refund.

Payment and Refunds

A) Pricing

All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law. Simandtra reserves the right to amend pricing at any time without notice, the prices confirmed at checkout remain binding for that eSim purchase. We recommend ensuring that the chosen eSim Data plan is the one required before completing the purchase.

B) Refund Policy and Exceptions

Given the digital and immediately fulfillable nature of eSIM products, all sales are final. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances for:

  • Devices that do not support eSIM technology.
  • Carrier-locked devices.
  • Customer error in plan selection.
  • Change of mind.
Refunds may be considered solely at Simandtra's discretion in the following limited circumstances:
  • The eSIM was not delivered due to a system failure.
  • The QR code is confirmed invalid or unusable.
  • A verified technical fault on Simandtra's side prevents activation.
  • The wrong eSim data plan was delivered by Simandtra.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@simandtra.com within 14 days of the purchase date. Requests submitted outside this window will not be considered under any circumstances.

Fair Usage Policy

Certain plans marketed as "unlimited" are subject to fair usage policies imposed by underlying network operators. After exhausting the high-speed data allowance, connection speeds may be reduced for the remainder of the usage period. High-speed data allowances may reset every 24 hours. These limits are set by third-party network operators and are outside Simandtra's control.

You must not use the service for continuous automated data consumption, commercial data reselling, or any activity placing excessive or unreasonable demand on network resources. Simandtra reserves the right to suspend or permanently restrict service upon detection of abnormal or abusive usage patterns, without notice and without refund.

Fraud Prevention

Simandtra actively monitors transactions for fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to cancel any order, suspend any account where fraud is suspected.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Simandtra support will result in immediate account suspension, termination of active services, and a permanent block on future purchases. Simandtra will provide full transaction evidence to the relevant payment processor in any dispute. Customers found to have submitted false claims or obtained services fraudulently may be permanently banned from the platform and reported to relevant authorities.

Digital Product and Right of Withdrawal

Prepaid eSIM services are digital products delivered electronically. By completing a purchase, you expressly acknowledge that:

  • Delivery of the eSim happens immediately upon purchase confirmation.
  • You consent to immediate fulfilment of the service.
  • You waive any statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation applicable.

Once the eSIM QR code, activation details, or installation instructions have been delivered, the order is deemed fully fulfilled and no right of withdrawal remains.

Liability and Disclaimer

All services are provided strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Simandtra expressly excludes all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Simandtra's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim. In no event shall Simandtra be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruptions caused by third-party networks, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable.

Intellectual Property

All content on simandtra.com, including website design, text, graphics, software, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Simandtra or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the website for personal, non- commercial purposes only. Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Privacy

Personal data collected through our website is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such processing. Simandtra reserves the right to share data with third-party providers as necessary to deliver the services, prevent fraud, or comply with legal obligations.

Governing Law and Disputes
